Embroidery Care Instructions

Turnaround time for all embroidered and printed items is currently at 8 weeks. Boutique items ordered with original designs will be held until original items are ready, and the entire order will ship together.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for original designs, as they are made to order. Please see FAQ for more info regarding refunds, returns, and cancellation requests.

I hope you love your embroidered pieces! Now that you have them in hand, let me give you some tips to keep them looking beautiful! MACHINE WASHING: Machine wash on delicate cycle in COLD water. Use mild detergents. Do NOT use bleach. Do NOT wring out or embroidered items - this can damage them. DRYING: Avoid using heat when drying. For gentlest, best care, I recommend AIR DRYING. If you do decide to use a dryer, always use the LOWEST heat setting possible. IRONING: If you are using an iron, always iron on the back side of the embroidery. Place another piece fabric (like a towel) between embroidery and iron. Steam Irons are NOT recommended for embroidered areas.
