Products + Production Time
How Long Will My Order Be in Production?
Nox + Luna is a made-to-order shop, so the majority of our items (like printed and embroidered pieces) do have a production turnaround time. As it's just me, I currently operating at a 4-week turnaround. Your item may be sent earlier, but is not guaranteed before that time frame. I appreciate your patience so much as I work through the order queue!
How Often Do You Get New Items In?
You can find us here, with new offerings, every Thursday at 6pm CST! If this changes, updates will posted to our IG stories.
What Size Should I Get?
Online shopping can be tricky! I've made sure to include size measurements on each listing for boutique items. For all of the tees and sweatshirts, I have a size chart posted at the top of the FAQ page!
Can I Expedite My Order?
We are a made-to-order shop, and as such, do have a longer turnaround time.
We do now offer an expedited production service, and can move your order to the front of the queue for an additional fee of $25.
If you need something by a specific date for a gift, please reach out BEFORE ordering, so that we can see if an accommodation can be made. Thank You!
Shipping + Delivery
How Long Does Shipping Take
Shipping times will be dependent on where you live! Domestic U.S. packages can take anywhere from 2-6 business days. International packages can take up to 21 business days to arrive, according the Postal Service! You'll receive tracking, and can keep a close eye on your parcel's progress!
Where Do You Ship To?
We ship domestically throughout the United States and U.S. Territories, as well as Argentina, Brazil, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and some parts of Europe. Please keep in mind that Nox + Luna is NOT responsible for customs fees. Any additional shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is ready, we'll send you a tracking number via email, so you can see where your parcel is. This will be automatically sent to the same email attached to your order, when a shipping label is purchased.
What If My Package is Lost or Returned by USPS?
Please note that once your parcel has left our shop and is with the shipping carriers, it is out of our hands. While we do our best to ensure that your parcel arrives to you safely, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost or damaged packages. To avoid lost packages, please double and triple check your address.
If your package is returned to Nox+Luna, we will reach out to confirm address, and customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend items. Should you choose to cancel instead of having items resent, only the ORDER AMOUNT FOR PRODUCTS will be refunded. Shipping will not be refunded for returned packages, as the label was already paid for.
Cancellations, Returns + Exchanges
What is Your Return Policy?
Returns for boutique items are accepted for a full refund within 14 days of merchandise delivery date. If this time period has passed, or items are not returned in their original condition (ie tags attached, unworn), a refund unfortunately cannot be issued.
For embroidered and printed items, we cannot offer you a return or refund, as they are made to order. Cancellation of original designs (embroidery or printed items) can be made for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Any cancellation of original designs after the 7-day period will be eligible for store credit only.
What if the Items I Received are Defective or Incorrect?
If the items you received are damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@noxandluna.com, or use the contact form on our contact page, so that we can get this fixed for you!
I Need to Cancel My Order.
Any cancellation made within 7 days of purchase date will be refunded back to the card the purchase was made on. After 7 days, I do my best to begin processing and purchasing of items/inventory needed for items ordered.
If you still need to cancel, and it's after the 7-day period, you may cancel for store credit only.
